Dr. Melko - a Smile You Can Trust!
Dr. Melko grew up in Iraq where she earned her Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS). She then attended the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Passionate about bringing the most advanced care to her patients, Dr. Melko far exceeds the continuing education required by the state. She averages over 100 hours of dental education a year, more than 4x the required minimum.
Dr. Melko is proud to hold memberships in a variety of professional organizations. A partial list of her active memberships includes the American Dental Association, The American Academy of Clear Aligners, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Melko is Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and she focuses on stem cell therapy to regenerate bone around dental implants and facial skin. She has invested heavily in dental education from the Kois Center, a highly respected institution that focuses on teaching scientifically-backed treatment principles with an emphasis on human care. There is no finish line for learning as far as Dr. Melko is concerned—she will continue to grow and advance throughout the rest of her professional career.
